HEBREW MONTH OF KISLEV - NOV 21 – DEC 20, 2025

We celebrate and participate in firstfruits as an important way to enter cycles of blessing – no matter what comes on our path.
One of the blessings and operations of this Hebrew month is that we are armed and ready with faith that shoots an arrow in the dark and hits the mark!
The tribe of Benjamin is associated with Kislev. It is said of Benjamin that he could be awakened in the night, led out in the dark, given a bow and arrow and he could hit the mark, the bulls’ eye, in the dark.
To bring that into our timeframe we can say that arrows are symbolic of words.
God is raising up voices in this ‘decade of the voice’ to shoot arrows (words) into the culture and evil structures and hit the mark even in the darkness of those things. And not even just to “shoot arrows” but to step into arenas of influence to make a difference.
READY – SET – SHOOT
• I stop the enemy with my words.
• I establish the will of God through what I say.
• I call those things that are not seen and they come.
• I am delivered from the power of darkness.
We are armed and ready with faith that shoots like an arrow in the dark and hits the mark! Our words carry incredible accuracy.
The potential of the unseen is released with words. When God said “let” there be light. He spoke to every force preventing light from being revealed.
Darkness had a destiny then and now – to be transformed to light – with words!!
Check this out: Apparently God is comfortable in the dark because He has a plan called “light.” He easily moves in the dark as He focuses on what He wants to create and then He speaks. He didn’t talk to stuff He could see ie the darkness. He spoke to the thing He wanted – ie the light. Why do we make this so hard. He didn’t address the darkness; He addressed the light.
The intention of darkness is to keep us there. The culture of darkness creates an atmosphere of danger and says, don’t move, don’t rock the boat.
DeeAnn and I “shoot” these words in your direction.
• Every word of frustration, blaming or judgment spoken to you will not come to pass.
• The will of God trumps the will of the enemy.
• The potential of words to bring diversion to the plan of God in your life is cancelled.
**Hanukkah begins the evening of December 14 and concludes the evening of December 22. It’s an amazing time to reflect on supernatural victory, supernatural dedication and supernatural light. In fact Hanukkah is called the “festival of lights.”
Thank you for partnering with us. You are a blessing. Your faithfulness to pray, to stand, to believe against all odds and to give finances is appreciated beyond ways to express.
Let There Be Light!!
