We have hosted these men of God many times over the years. At each event they brought the word and released strategy to move us forward. Kansas is at a turning point and our faith says we will turn to life, righteousness and truth.

We are learning the power of agreeing with God in our heart and declaring it with our mouth. The power of God’s Word is released by us. One of the ways we do that is with our voice.

We pray and decree according to God’s will and Word. Our declarations release life, power and His purpose. Abraham called things that be not, as though they are. He called for things that were not manifest to come into manifestation. That is why we Decree A Thing.

Prophetic History:

Chuck had a dream at the end of 2019 - then covid happened, the election happened, now Roe is gone...Chuck released the dream again on Monday, June 27.

We are pressing in for a specific strategy as to how to move now that we are out from under a federal blood altar. Let's stay very focused. God is turning up the power. He will bring the revival He has promised. God knows the end from the beginning. There's one way to do this and it's by His Spirit.

*On May 31, 2008 Chuck was caught up and saw all the states in America.

*He showed me each states' covenant roots or their lack of covenant roots. He showed me a move of God in each state. It looked like a fiery river running through each state and that will be the triumphant reserve that rises in the future. And then He showed me what looked like fiery castles down in the earth. 

When we're restoring the tabernacle of David and we're rebuilding the tabernacle of David, it's not only going up into the heavens, but it's going down into the earth. Amos 9 talks about that, it's affecting the earth, where we're building and is connecting heaven and earth with God's glory.

And He showed me these fiery castles and said, these will be the freedom outposts that I develop for the future. 

He showed me these fiery castles and He said, these incredible castles will be the freedom outposts that I develop for the future. 

Later on I knew He was talking about apostolic centers that would be coming into their new dimension, just as we read about the ones that were in the book of Revelation. 

He showed me those that would be developing. He showed me where they would be developing. Then He showed me the iniquitous ruling thrones in every state. Not every state had freedom outposts or apostolic centers. Every state had thrones of inequity and every state had a new move of God.

Only 23 states came into covenant with the Lord for the future of America. I've never been a doom and gloom prophet and I've written lots of books on things that will happen. But I'm a realist. And I know as we pray for America, we are in a war ahead and not every state will cause the covenant root that has been developed to reconnect or will they allow their state to come into covenant.

*Now in 2019, I had a dream and in it the states were turning red in America. Now, I'm not that political. So I didn't think it was politically turning red, red or blue. 

I thought it actually represented covenant. And I thought as they turned red in this dream, the blood factor of the Lord Jesus Christ redemptively shifted the land and then when Kansas turned red, there was a voice that roared up and said...No, Kansas cannot turn red. If Kansas turns red all of America shifts into a life movement. I knew it had to do with abortion.

Now, Kansas had one of the greatest thrones of iniquity of bloodshed in our nation. I think right now we have to watch two things. 

We have to watch Kansas in America. We have to watch Israel. I feel like Israel is about to go into its next phase since it's been in a temporary phase for three years. 

We have written these declarations based on what Chuck said on June 27 and several prophetic intersections over the years.

This was written for Kansas but in Chuck's dream he saw the states turning red. 

The covenant declarations are for all states.

THE REVIVAL STATE:

REDEMPTIVE DECLARATIONS:

*We declare the well of revival is uncapped in Kansas.

*We declare that spiritual awakening is the inheritance of Kansas.

*We declare Kansas knows and understands God's purpose, plans and timings.

*We declare Kansas carries the Father's heart for covenant.

*We declare the reproach, the shame and the stigma of barrenness is now removed in Kansas.

*We declare that Kansas has broken through the barriers and is a gateway to repentance, reconciliation, restoration and revival.

*We declare Kansas aligns over life.

*We declare the thrones of iniquity are dealt with in Kansas.

*We declare a new move of God in Kansas.

*We declare the redemptive blood of Jesus Christ covers Kansas and turns her red.

*We declare Kansas comes into her covenant with life and shifts America into a life movement.

*We declare a "summer of revival" for Kansas and the region.
