    HEBREW MONTH OF CHESHVAN
    OCTOBER 16 - NOVEMBER 13 2023

    HEBREW MONTH OF KISLEV
    NOVEMBER 14 - DECEMBER 12 2023

    HANUKKAH
    DECEMBER 8 - DECEMBER 15

    CHESHVAN

Cheshvan is about position. Where do we stand? Where do we sit? Where do we walk? In other words - where are we?

The proper position: positioned to transition: positioned to transcend any limitation: positioned to know truth: positioned to overcome...anything.

Cheshvan is the month of the anointing which takes us to the top: changes us from ordinary to extraordinary: furnishes what we need to prosper: empowers us to stomp on what wears us down: authorizes us to maintain proper perspective.

We must go into the next few months not being insulted by the devil. The greatest insult is being convinced that nothing new will happen - never has - never will.

The emotions of failure are almost unbearable. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. Sick of believing something will change and it doesn't. God didn't send His Son to live on the earth, teach, cast out devils, heal the sick, demonstrate kingdom dynamics, die on the cross, go to hell, get the keys, ascend to heaven, send the Holy Spirit and a bunch of other stuff, so we could live and barely get by. NO. This is when we put our foot on the head of the enemy. This is when we get positioned for victory. This is when we stand in our authority. This is when all the energy we need is our new normal.

    KISLEV

One of the key characteristics of Kislev is the power of our words. Words that carry incredible accuracy. We are armed and ready with words of faith that shoot like an arrow in the dark and hit the mark. We are witnessing darkness and evil that seem unprecedented. Let's make this declaration:

DARKNESS HAS A DESTINY - TO BE TRANSFORMED TO LIGHT - WITH WORDS!

Words of prayer, worship, declaration, agreement, strength, affirmation - all have the power to transform a situation. God transformed the original darkness with His words.

Let There Be Light! Here's what we know about God in Genesis. He moves in the darkness and then He speaks. In this season there is an emphasis on our words. There is an emphasis on our voice. The words we speak and release into a situation could change everything!

    HANUKKAH

The story of Hanukkah is amazing and miraculous. The entire account can be accessed from many sources so we won't rehearse it here. But we will say this: when God has purposed you to do something significant, the enemy will send out his special forces. That could be why your life has been so hard. Certainly not because God is not with you. No, God is distinctively with you. God's plan for your life is so threatening to the devil that opposition is almost at every turn. But - when the enemy comes in like a flood, God raises up a standard against him. That standard is you and I establishing the will and purposes of God through what we say...let there be light!

    Declarations:
    • I am delivered from the power of darkness.
    • I hit the mark even in the dark.
    • I am positioned to overcome.
    • I know the Truth.

In the midst of war, struggle, racism and an endless list, we count on each other to release victory and truth. Thank you for your tireless stand for righteousness and justice. Your intercession, encouragement, giving and testimonies are such blessings to us. We are very grateful.

If God Be For Us, Who Can Be Against Us!
